Agreement to terms

By using the Agile Way website (the "Site") and related services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. We may update these terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date will change accordingly. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms where permitted by law.

Who we are

The Site is operated by Good1 Consulting AB, trading as Agile Way, with registered office at Hyllie Boulevard 53, 215 37 Malmö, Sweden. We provide training, coaching, and business consulting services, including information about our courses and events.

Services

Training: We offer public and in-house courses on Agile, Scrum, and related topics, including in-person and self-paced options. Course dates, content, and conditions are as described on the Site and in any separate agreement or confirmation we send you.
Coaching: We offer team and leadership coaching programmes. Details, duration, and terms are set out in the relevant programme description and any separate agreement.
Consulting: We provide strategy and delivery consulting. Scope and terms are agreed separately.

Enrolment, bookings, and payment for any of these services may be subject to additional terms communicated at the time of booking or in a separate contract.

Use of the website

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the Site. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, its systems, or data, or use the Site to distribute malware or harmful content.

Intellectual property

Content on the Site (text, images, logos, layout, and other materials) is owned by Good1 Consulting AB or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may view and download content for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

Agile Way® and its graphic representation are registered trademarks. Any misuse or attempt to reproduce them is not permitted and will be pursued in accordance with the law.

Third-party links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites (e.g. our blog at agileway.it). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites. Use of third-party links is at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

The Site and its content are provided "as is". We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the Site or any services, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunity.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms or the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sweden, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.
